Why do we sell Car Bricks?

We know how much car owners love their cars and they want anything they can get to take pride in their cars. Why not the two best things on the planet, building blocks and your car

I am missing some building blocks from this item can you help?

sadly we cannot provide customers with extra blocks, unfortunately you can let us know your problem and we can try to handle it. 

My car didn't come with a instruction booklet.

There should be a QR code on the packaging. If there is not a booklet or QR code then please contact us with what car you have and we will try to get you the instructions. 

 

What not to email us

  • If your order has shipped.

    If your order has been fulfilled then it has shipped. if not then we will check on it for you.

  • Refunds

    If you put in the wrong address and try to change it days after shipment or processing we cannot give a refund on that. that is not our fault. We cannot offer a refund in the middle of shipment. you have to get the item then we can offer a refund.

  • Returns when your item has shipped

    We cannot give a refund if your order has shipped or being processed

  • Shipping times

    Our shipping times take around 2-4 weeks to deliever to your home address.

  • Why has USPS not recieved my package

    It hasnt arrived in the USA. If your order says its been even has a tracking number or has been marked fulfilled it has been shipped. Currently we are seeing issues with the tracking numbers, if you do have a tracking number you can email us and i can tell you where it is.

We do NOT offer refunds when your item has already shipped. Nor the change of a address when the items has shipped.
